This 1845 O is currently graded PCGS XF45, it was original submitted raw and graded XF40.
There are some 1845 O with a mild rotated reverse. These are about 1 in 25 in my experience. The Huge O is something I am not sure I buy, they all seem to be low grade and carry a hefty premium.
